It is so brave of this little guy to step out on stage and talk about change. This is something I have had in my mind my whole life, as I felt that the traditional school system isn't adapted to all children, including myself. I feel that even higher education could learn from this as it is a 100% thief of creativity. Why should the emphasis be on how much theory you know (even if I agree that theory is necessary too), when practice and intuition is so important to survive in this world.
