Today the sun's rays were a bit warmer and stronger than during the week, and I think it stirred around the vitamin D in my body. A Scandinavian's guide to vitamin D: It is actually said that a grown up needs about 7.5µg (microgram) vitamin D per day to satisfy the body. In the summer it is enough to spend 15 minutes in the sun a few times per week, however in the winter it is important to either take vitamin supplements or to eat fatty fishes and a lot of eggs. Make sure to take care of y'all's health!

I can't wait to fix and trix with sticks and bricks.
